Here is his BlueHost web hosting review:
I was unsure of how good this host would be when I first got started, but now I realize that they provide pretty much everything I need. I couldn't be happier and I can't think of anything they could do any better.
I've worked with a lot of different websites and companies over the years and each of them has had some problems with customer support. BlueHost, however, has been the best one that I've found in regards to handling their customers. They get an "A" in this area from me.
With business hosting, I think the most important thing you can ask for is realiability. I don't know that I can could do good business on the internet if my host didn't provide me with continuous, reliable service. I give them a 10 because they do a great job. If there was an 11, I would have chosen that.
Obviously, it would be better if it were cheaper, but I think that you get what you pay for when it comes to hosting. I have found that this company provides good hosting for a competitive price, so I can't complain too much.
It helps when things are smooth and easy from the beginning. I get annoyed with companies that have difficult account setup processes. Everything was easy to understand, which made for quick account setup.
Like I said in the beginning, I think that BlueHost gives me the best chance to be competitive in online business. They provide a good mix of services and I've never felt like anything was hard to understand. I definitely recommend this host to anybody looking for a great host partner.
