Here is his BlueHost shared hosting review:
I've been hosted through BlueHost for several years now. Over the years, of course, my sites have gotten more and more popular.
There in lies my problem. The major issue I have with BlueHost is the fact there's no upgrade path from shared hosting. Now that my sites are getting more traffic, it feels like my sites are getting slower and slower to access.
Because of this, I feel like I need to move to a VPS so that I can get that excellent speed I used to have.
One of my sites has a forum with over 100 active members and it is getting frustrating for us to see all the threads regarding slowness, sluggishness, or not available.
But I won't forget the great service we did get from BlueHost from the beginning. It is just, I need to upgrade to a faster more powerful server to speed up my sites and earn more money.
So yes, I have to rate them "Average" but for an NEW person looking to start their first web hosting account, man, BlueHost is for you. They will work out great for you for years to come. They have for me!
