After being with another host for several years with fairly reliable service, I switched my personal site to BlueHost about a year and a half ago.
Also, I design/redesign sites for others, and it's often necessary to utilize the webhosts where those URLs were parked before I got the design account. My experience with my previous webhost, and my experience with clients' webhosts only makes me appreciate BlueHost more and more.
Indeed, the longer I'm with them, the more impressed I am.
Customer service is immediate and spot-on.
The extras that BlueHost provides at no extra cost amaze me. One that I especially appreciate is the **five free add-ons** That's not even an option on the brand-name hosting companies, let alone free.
The control panel is very comprehensive and VERY user friendly.
I'm not a techno-whiz, I just design simple websites. I don't have to be a techno-whiz to successfully use BlueHost.
I guess more than anything, my appreciation for BlueHost boils down to this. I didn't realize that managing my sites could be so uncomplicated.
From the minute I signed on with BlueHost, it's been easy.
I wholeheartedly recommend BlueHost. For the novice or the pro, BlueHost is the way to go!
