Here is his BlueHost hosting review:

My first impression of Bluehost is that they are simply fantastic. I do believe that their website could be a bit better because I had to call to get the pricing and different levels of hosting that they offer but other than that, I am very impressed so far with Bluehost. If it’s any consolation, I am glad that I called because it gave me a good chance to see just how supportive their customer service reps are.

Bluehost’s customer support has bee good for me so far. I’ve called a couple of times and I’ve submitted a few support tickets. Each time I’ve talked to someone on the phone I got the answer that I needed right away and each time I submitted a support ticket I got a good answer promptly. I even submitted a support ticket during non-business hours and I got a response just a few hours later.

I have nine websites hosted with Bluehost in shared accounts (I know, I know…I need to upgrade) and all run flawlessly. I’ve even used some of Bluehost’s supplied free templates for some and, with some tweaking, they look great and work fabulously.

Even though I need to upgrade, probably will be getting my own dedicated server soon, I think that Bluehost’s pricing for their shared hosting services is right on time.

I never had a problem setting up any of my accounts and the guides that they supply on their website make it really easy. I always just search for the answer that I’m looking for there before contacting customer service because even though they are pretty fast at getting back to you, odds are, the question has been asked before and they have stuck it in the FAQ.

I think that Bluehost is awesome. Don’t change a thing. And you can take that to the bank because I never take the time out to actually leave a review on websites but since I always read them I figured that I’d help someone out in their decision about their hosting and leave a positive review on Bluehost. It may save them some aggravation with a lesser host down the road.
